Sentra Vital is an affiliate portal. We do not sell our own products. All purchase agreements are concluded exclusively between you and the respective external provider. For returns and withdrawals, please contact the provider from whom you purchased directly.

Right of Withdrawal (for external providers)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract you concluded with the external provider within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the respective provider of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).
